Ateco Automotive has taken over importation and distribution of Foton trucks in Australia and New Zealand. A revamped model line-up will be available in quarter 2 2013 with pricing, specification and further details to be announced closer to that time.
Ateco's Executive Chairman, Neville Crichton, said he was very pleased to be re-entering the commercial vehicle market. “We have enjoyed great success in this country over the past few years with Chinese made utilities and SUVs, and I think the time is now right for us to press ahead and enter other market segments with well-equipped and very competitively priced Chinese products.”
